We hold over 29 years of project experience including retails centers, restaurants, banks, hotels and more.

Personnel:

Daniel T. Cline received a Building Construction Degree from State Technical Institute in
Memphis, Tennessee, while working for various construction companies. A native Memphian,
Dan Cline has well over sixteen years of experience. Dan Cline has directly related management
experience with several facets of the construction industry including the natural stone and tile industry.
As a general manager of a natural stone and marble company, he was charged with the responsibility of
daily operations, estimating, scheduling and job profitability. He is a licensed General Contractor in
Mississippi and Tennessee for residential and commercial construction.

Barry L. Cummings received a Business and Finance Degree from Memphis State University.
His father, Gerald D. Cummings, involved him with his commercial construction business at an early age.
Barry Cummings is experienced in the construction industry with an emphasis in the commercial construction
industry. This includes estimating, framing (both wood and steel) and project management. Barry is responsible
for our overseas purchasing and communications. Originally from Dallas, Texas, he has resided in Memphis since
1955. He is a licensed General Contractor in Tennessee.

Chasta Fletcher is presently employed as Office Manager and is responsible for maintaining of our accounting,
insurance audits, and daily operations. Ms. Fletcher has a background in industrial steel construction.

Insurance:

The Granite Guy (MMR Group LLC) Has an excellent safety and insurance record. We utilize a written safety
program. Job site safety meetings and inspections are an ongoing consideration of management. Our Worker's
Compensation experience modifier is .79%, which is recognized as exceptional in our industry.

Our General Liability Insurance is with the AmTrust/Technology Insurance Company. The policies are for
$1,000,000.00 aggregate.

Bid Bonds, performance and payment bonds, if required, are written through Contractor's Bonding and
Insurance Company. They are an A+ rated company and our agent is Mr. Larry Saunders, Jr.
